How to Renew Your Annual License

Astra offers Annual and Lifetime licenses for various products. If your Brainstorm Force product has expired or been cancelled, this guide walks you through the renewal options available in your account.

Step 1 — Log In and Go to Your Account

Log in to the Brainstorm Force store and navigate to your account’s dashboard page: Link to the “My Account” page

You will see a list of your purchased products (e.g. Business Toolkit, Astra Pro, Spectra Pro) along with their site activation counts.

Step 2 — Open the Product Menu

Locate the product you want to renew. On the right side of that package row, click the three-dot menu (⋮).

A dropdown will appear with two options:

• View Subscriptions
• Purchase History

Click View Subscriptions.

Step 3 — Renew Your License

The Subscriptions panel will open. What you see here depends on your current subscription status.

Option A — If Your Subscription is Active (Status: Valid)

When your subscription is active, you will see two action buttons:

• Update Payment Method — Use this to change the credit card or payment details on file.
• Cancel Auto Renewal — Use this to stop the subscription from renewing automatically at the next billing date.

If your subscription is active and auto-renewal is enabled, no further action is needed — your license will renew automatically.

Option B — If Your License is Expired or Cancelled

When your subscription has expired or been cancelled, you will see two different action buttons:

• Renew Subscription — Click this to renew your existing plan at the standard rate.
• Reactivate Subscription — Click this to reactivate a previously cancelled subscription.

Quick Renewal from the Account Page

If your license shows an Expired status, you will also see a Renew License button directly on the account page next to the package name — no need to open the Subscriptions panel.

Clicking Renew License takes you straight to the checkout page, where you can complete the renewal.
